GENERAL T.O.S…
- By choosing to commission me you agree to ALL my terms.
- As the artist I retain full copyright of the commission, and may use it to promote my art or portafolio on social media or however I see fit. If you do not wish for your commission to be published on my socials or on my example page, please let me know beforehand.
- As the commissioner you may NOT use my artwork for commercial use unless it is properly discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
- You may print or merchandise your commission as long as it is for personal use ONLY.
- Posting your commissioned piece on socials is fine as long as you credit me! (either by mentioning/@-ing my account or linking back to one of my socials)
- Removal of my watermark is strictly prohibited, if you wish for a watermark free version of your commission, please ask me so beforehand so I may share it with you. All rules apply regardless of if the art is watermarked or not however.
- Just in case, please do not turn the commissioned piece into an NFT or resell it as such. No discussion or exceptions will be made in this regard.ABOUT PAYMENT…
- At the moment, payment can only be received through PayPal invoices, Ko-Fi, or the commission widget in DeviantArt. Please understand payment can only be done through USD for the sake of consistent pricing.
- Do not send payment before I’ve approved of your commission or confirmed that it will be in my To-Do list.
- Please understand that, for the most part, I will only start commissions once they’ve been fully paid. If you wish to pay in halves, that must be agreed upon beforehand.
- Edit requests are entirely free of charge during the sketch and lineart phase, afterwards however they may cost extra depending on what needs to be done.
- Refunds are non-negotiable for the most part, especially if the lineart phase has already been reached, however if it is an urgent refund it will be issued.
- I am allowed & reserve all the rights to refund or cancel a commission if I deem that personal or life issues out of my control will/are preventing me from completing the order.ABOUT THE PROCESS…
- Do not apply deadlines to the work unless it has been discussed beforehand, please. In the same regard, don’t ask for constant updates on the work (e.g. 3 days after commission has been ordered) or rush me on the completion of it. You may check my Trello to see a general overlook of my workload, and I will personally make sure to send updates when I deem them fit (e.g. I’ll send a sketch of the commission to make sure details are in order and it matches your request).
- Depending on the complexity of the commission, they take anywhere between a few days or a handful of weeks. Please remember that life circumstances can affect this.
- You will receive a high resolution .PNG version of your commission either through email or DeviantArt Sta.sh (depending on whichever one you prefer!). + This version can include a watermarkless alt as well if wanted :).

- Anthros, Ferals, Gijinkas, Kemonomimis, Mobians
- Canon characters, OCs + Fandom OCs, Self-inserts
- Non-explicit PDA (Hugging, kissing, hand-holding…)
- Ship art (queer ship art included)
- Open/Closed species
- Body Horror / Mild Gore / Candy Gore
- Multiple commissions per person

WHAT I WON’T DRAW…
- Hate art of any kind
- Incest / Pedophilia / Bestiality / Fetishes
- Pornography or exposed genitalia
- Dark Themes (murder, suicide, etc.)*
- Detailed / Excessive Gore
- Slurs or hateful profanity of any kind.*This depends on context (slightly), so please make sure to ask about it beforehand and I’ll verify if it’s something I’m comfortable depicting.
